To achieve our vision and support our rapid business growth, our Management Trainee (Operations) Programme is one of our key Talent initiatives which aims to develop young and energetic talents with the capability to become the future management of our Group for our medical aesthetics business.

The programme will be led and closely guided by our Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, as well as other Executive Management Team members . Through the practical experience over two years and regular leadership trainings, you will be enabled to define your career path, gain a clear-sighted vision and equip yourselves the necessary management skills to lead the future development of our medical aesthetics business, thriving for your success with EC Healthcare.

CAREER PATH & DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Upon successful and satisfactory completion of the 2-year programme, you will be promoted to Assistant Manager, Medical Aesthetics and enrolled into our 14-year Future CXO Development Programme. You will continue to receive guidance from the Executive Management team, and there will be individual rotation plan based on company development direction and your development needs. 14 years is just a guidance, as you will have chance to be progressed to our group CXO even faster, depending on your development progress. REQUIREMENT

• University graduate in any disciplines with under 2 years of working experiences (IANG Graduates are welcome)
