Day shift customer inquiry hotline (5 days work / $18,000)

Position focus:

Answer customer inquiries/complaints hotline (on-the-job training)

Entry Requirements:

DSE or above

Have good Cantonese, English, and Mandarin conversational skills

Familiarity with Chinese and English computer operations (MS Word, Excel, etc. office software)

Understand Chinese typing, including quick and Cangjie

Applicants with relevant experience will be given priority

Working hours:

Weekly 5 days work ( 9 hours, of which 1 hour is lunch time)

Shift time: Sunday Monday to Sunday

Day Shift : 09:00-18:00

$18,000 (Paid annual leave of 10 days)
