- 10+ years in R&D digital platform construction; 5+ years in planning/design/implementation/optimization for large enterprises/complex projects.
- Led full lifecycle of 3+ large-scale R&D digital transformation projects with proven results.
- Cross-industry experience (manufacturing, electronics, automotive) is preferred.
