Part-time Customer Manager/Service Delivery

<p>Part-time customer manager/service delivery<br>Job Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Assist in handling local Hong Kong service delivery work, including leading customers to complete Hong Kong identity card related procedures.</li><li>Responsible for submitting business documents, school registration or application materials, etc. related matters.</li><li>Assist customers in completing the Hong Kong driver's license application process.</li><li>According to the requirements of Party A, complete other temporary work tasks assigned by Party A.</li><li>Maintain good communication with customers to ensure a smooth and efficient service delivery process.</li></ul><p><br>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Able to proficiently use office software such as Excel, Word, and PPT.</li><li></li><li>At least 3 half days per week can be guaranteed for part-time work.</li><li>Have basic customer service awareness and communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Applicants with relevant administrative or customer service experience will be given priority. </li></ul>
