Main responsibilities:
Responsible for designing and producing multimedia content, including graphic design, dynamic images and film editing, for digital and print purposes
Create visual assets for institutional websites, social media platforms, promotional activities and outreach projects
Create promotional content for projects, events, and promotional purposes
Responsible for activities, visits and related filming work, photography and video filming
Assist with event and project site production, including filming, behind-the-scenes footage, and audiovisual control
Collaborate closely with project, event and marketing departments to plan and produce creative content that meets the organization's goals
Participate in the conception of the storyboard, filming arrangements and execution work, in order to achieve the communication purpose
Handle post-production work, including editing, retouching, animation, and final output
Appropriate use of artificial intelligence and related creative tools to enhance production efficiency and content quality
Assist and execute other design-related work assigned by the team
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in multimedia design, graphic design, digital media, photography, communication or related fields, IANG priority
Applicants with multimedia design, film production or relevant work experience are preferred
Familiar with flat design, dynamic images and film editing, able to handle digital and printing production simultaneously
Photography and video shooting experience, including camera operation, basic lighting and sound
Familiar with post-production processes, including editing, retouching, and dynamic image creation
Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools; willing to try and learn to use AI creation tools to improve work efficiency and content quality
Prefer candidates who have supported event site production, behind-the-scenes filming or audiovisual control
Have good visual expression ability, and pay attention to details in creation
Able to work independently, or to cooperate with a team
Have good communication, organization and time management skills
Responsibility, ability to complete work on time and maintain content quality
