Financial Manager

A. Job Responsibilities:
Comprehensive financial operations and management
Coordination and management: Responsible for the daily management of financial accounting, fund settlement and operation, ensuring efficient and accurate processes.
Reporting and compliance: Timely and accurate issuance of financial statements and various management reports, business analysis reports.
Cash management: Optimize cash flow, working capital and fund utilization efficiency to meet the company's operating and development funding needs.
Decision support: Participate in major business decisions of the company and provide advice and decision support.
Budgeting, analysis, and tax planning
Budget and analysis: Lead the development of annual financial plans and budgets, and track company performance through regular financial data analysis (such as profitability, cost structure, budget execution differences, etc.), driving business improvement.
Tax planning: proactively plan the company's tax burden, ensure tax optimization is carried out in compliance with the law; responsible for the company's tax declaration work and establish an effective internal control system for tax risks.
Relationship maintenance and team building
External relations: As a company representative, establish and maintain solid and good cooperative relationships with banks, intermediary institutions, industry and commerce, and tax authorities.
Internal leadership: Responsible for building, cultivating and motivating the financial team, setting clear departmental goals and personal performance indicators, and improving team professional skills and work efficiency through effective performance evaluation management.
Cross-departmental collaboration: Actively coordinate the relationship between the financial department and other business/functions departments, promote the deep integration of financial concepts and business activities, and enhance the financial literacy and cost awareness of the whole company.
II. Position requirements:

Ten years of financial work experience, with at least eight years of cross-border e-commerce financial manager / director management experience. Prioritization will be given to those with accounting firm and listing experience.

Have some investment and financing experience, familiar with the capital market operation, and provide advice and decision support for the company's investment and financing activities.
Familiar with Oracle and other large-scale ERP systems, those who can quickly take up their positions will be given priority.
Excellent Chinese and English communication and expression skills, with cross-cultural collaboration experience.
