Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Assist contract managers in supervising and coordinating engineering services to ensure that projects are completed on time and of high quality

• Execute various tasks assigned by the superior, coordinate the progress of different types of work within the construction site

• Participate in project planning and progress follow-up, ensure construction meets safety standards and customer requirements

Work requirements

• Degree/Higher Diploma/High Certificate in Building Service or Air-conditioning or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• The operation principle and maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation systems

• Have good communication skills, be able to effectively collaborate with customers and team members

• Able to work independently and take responsibility, with the ability to analyze and solve problems

• Working in the Tseung Kwan O District and Western New Territories, able to adapt to the local construction site environment and field work
