This role is ideal for candidates with a <strong>financial background</strong> and a passion for <strong>business development and project coordination</strong> . You will be responsible for managing external financial institution partnerships, supporting internal team operations, and driving business initiatives from planning to execution.</p><p>As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure smooth operations, and help steer strategic partnerships, especially in the banking, insurance, and investment sectors.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain partnerships with external financial institutions, including banks, asset management firms, and insurance companies</li><li>Manage and monitor team performance and business KPIs across areas such as client relationship management, team operations, and business development</li><li>Support recruitment activities including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding</li><li>Handle employee relations matters including performance management, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives</li><li>Work closely with the sales team to facilitate business negotiations and ensure the successful implementation of partnership projects</li><li>Participate in daily business operations and coordinate internal resources to meet strategic goals</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields</li><li>Around 3 years of relevant experience in <strong>financial institutions</strong>, preferably in <strong>business development</strong>, <strong>business analysis</strong>, or <strong>marketing</strong> roles</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and execution skills, with a proactive and market-aware mindset</li><li>Able to work independently and collaboratively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment</li><li>Solid experience in <strong>project management</strong>, with familiarity in using project tracking tools and methodologies</li><li>Fluent in <strong>English and Cantonese</strong> ; overseas education or work experience is a plus</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Profiles</strong></p><ul><li>Candidates with <strong>business development experience from financial institutions</strong></li><li>Former <strong>Business Analysts</strong> or <strong>Marketing Executives</strong> with exposure to banking or fund management industries</li><li>Individuals passionate about fintech, client engagement, and operational excellence</li></ul><p></p>
