Job Description
Telecom/ICT industry sales<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>1) Have a relatively mature financial customer base and source channels; able to identify and develop medium and large financial customers from the company's existing and potential customers, seize business opportunities, and achieve sales and team revenue targets.<br>2) According to the company's sales strategy, apply professional sales strategies, and tailor financial solutions to different customer groups to promote signing and complete sales tasks.<br>3) Have a certain industry ecological cooperation foundation, understand industry trends and related regulatory agency dynamics and latest regulatory requirements, formulate and launch appropriate marketing plans.<br>4)Obtain industry competitive product information, understand the different product characteristics of different manufacturers' different solution products, summarize and elaborate on the product selling points, and highlight product advantages; develop sales and marketing strategies, and assist department managers in deploying effective marketing activities to target customers.<br>5) Establish, develop and maintain effective business relationships with designated customers, and develop long-term cooperative relationships with customers to solidify their confidence and loyalty.<br>6) Observe the company's various rules and regulations, and promptly complete other tasks assigned by the leader.<br><br>Position requirements<br>1) At least 5 years of IT industry financial sales experience, with good business communication and negotiation skills, excellent image and conversation.<br>2)Have good sales records, be good at learning, have a good character, be willing to take challenges, have strong execution ability, and have a positive attitude, self-motivation, and results-oriented mindset. Have strong stress resistance.<br>3) Have strong sales experience in selling telecommunication products (such as IEPL, MPLS, IP forwarding, VPN, data center, etc.), ICT solutions, and network security solutions.<br>4)Have actual experience in developing new markets, understand the latest industry dynamics and regulatory requirements.<br>5) Able to establish solid long-term cooperative relationships with high-level managers<br>6) Need to have good Cantonese, Mandarin, and English speaking and writing abilities.
