RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and engage with potential clients, including property agents, developers, and service providers. Use a combination of cold calling, cold messaging, and outdoor prospecting to generate new sales leads and drive sales growth for Spacious’ platform.

• Analyze clients' business needs and provide tailored sales solutions that align with their marketing objectives. Leverage your understanding of the real estate market and our platform’s capabilities to deliver optimal sales solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction. Provide excellent account servicing, ensuring clients remain engaged and are aware of new sales opportunities to grow their business with Spacious.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes. Use this knowledge to inform your sales approach, refine strategies, and identify new sales opportunities for expansion.
