Accounting officer - Local CPA firm | 22k

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts for designated entities/subsidiaries, including preparing monthly management reports.

• Process accounts payable and receivable, staff reimbursements, and intercompany transactions.

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow positions.

• Assist in the preparation of annual statutory financial statements in compliance with the Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (HKFRS).

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries for annual audits and compliance matters.

• Ensure accurate and timely filing of government-related documents.

• Support ad-hoc projects and financial analysis as required by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years of solid accounting experience gained in Hong Kong.

• Familiarity with Hong Kong taxation (Profits Tax, Salaries Tax), MPF regulations, and statutory filing requirements is a must.

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
