Job Description

Main responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth running of the store.

Ensure food and service quality, employee scheduling and training.

Properly handle customer inquiries and complaints to maintain the company's good image.

Actively lead the team to achieve the company's various operating indicators.

Push for restaurant management system, uncover problems and take corresponding measures in a timely manner.

Develop and implement appropriate sales strategies to enhance restaurant revenue.

Based on the restaurant's business situation and the surrounding commercial circle, propose reasonable market activity plans.

Based on market conditions and seasonal changes, develop promotion plans, and if new products are launched, cooperate with the marketing department to promote and publicize them offline.

Requirements:

1. More than five years of restaurant management experience.

2. Have good communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, and be able to effectively interact with customers.

3. Have good coordination skills, leadership skills and the ability to solve problems independently.

4. Have innovative thinking and flexible adaptation ability.

5. Have a sense of responsibility and team spirit.

6. Familiar with the use of office software, slightly familiar with the catering system is better.
