Warehouse and Logistics Assistant (Part-time)

Warehouse and Logistics Arrangement-

• Inventory Management: Responsible for receiving, picking up, measuring, re-packaging (if necessary), and shipping to ensure smooth receipt and delivery operations.

• Inventory Management: Handle receiving, picking, measuring, repackaging (if needed) and dispatching parcel, ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

• Data verification: Responsible for product inventory management and quantity verification, maintaining accurate inventory records.

• Data Verification: Manage product inventory and verify quantities, maintaining accurate stock records.

• Logistics coordination:

• Logistics Coordination: Assist in checking, organizing and arranging transportation (e.g., logistics company, SF Express, DHL) to ensure timely delivery.

• Handling customer inquiries:Through walkie-talkies, phones, email, etc., handle customer inquiries.

• Enquiry Handling: Handle customer enquiries via intercom, call, email, etc.

Working environment: Indoor, air-conditioned office

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm
