Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily cash register operations, familiar with POS system operations, and ensure transactions are accurate and error-free and settlement processes are smooth.
Handle customer inquiries and sales services, actively introduce goods, answer questions, and enhance customer satisfaction and repurchase intentions.
Support basic office work, including using Excel to create simple sales records, inventory statistics tables or shift coordination data, etc.

Work requirements

Have basic computer skills, familiar with the Windows operating system, and be able to independently use Excel for data input and simple calculations.
Applicants with POS cash register system operation experience are preferred; those with no experience need to be willing to undergo training and master the operation skills within a short period of time.
With basic mathematical concepts and careful characteristics, you can accurately handle money transactions, invoice verification, and goods inventory tasks.
