Job Title - AI Deep Learning Algorithm Engineer

Job Description

- ResponsibleWeather AI modelDesign, training, fine-tuning, and inference work to ensure model accuracy and high efficiency;

- Based on multi-dimensional time series data, perform data modeling, feature construction, and model training, validation, and deployment;

- Systematically master the mainstream model system in the field of time series prediction, covering recurrent networks, temporal convolution, Transformer variants, and dedicated prediction architectures (such as PatchTST, N-BEATS, DeepAR, TSMixer, etc.), and be equipped withFull model selection、Experimental designWithEffect evaluation ability

- Able to addressLong sequence prediction、Multisource data fusionDesign end-to-end modeling solutions based on Transformer (such as Temporal Fusion Transformer, Attention-SSM hybrid structure, etc.), and push the solutions from prototypes to online deployment

- ResponsibleWeather/climate downscaling（Downscaling） mode development and implementation, including high-resolution reconstruction, bias correction, and uncertainty modeling based on numerical forecast/reanalysis data;

- Train diffusion models (Conditional Diffusion / Score-based, etc.) for generative downscaling or probabilistic forecasting, and complete system optimization for training stability, sampling efficiency, and quality;

- Build reusable training/evaluation/services pipeline, including data splitting, sliding window sampling, cross-validation, hyperparameter search, model monitoring and rollback.

- Continuously track academic and industrial frontiers, and optimize existing systems.

Job Requirements

- Computer science, mathematics, statistics, automation, etc. related majors, bachelor's degree or above;

- Excellent logical thinking and mathematical background;

- Have solid Python programming skills; familiar with PyTorch framework;

- 3 years of relevant work or research experience;

- Have algorithmic experience in meteorology or related fields;

- Have competition results or high-quality papers;

- Have practical corporate project experience or open source project experience;
