Duties include:
1. Financial management assistance
Assist in handling daily cash and bank deposit receipts and payments, register the funds' general ledger and reconcile the balance, ensuring that accounts and facts are consistent;
Assist in sorting bank bills, reimbursement vouchers, verifying the authenticity and compliance of the bills, and archiving them according to the process;
2. Administrative and compliance support
Responsible for office supplies procurement and management, maintaining equipment normal operation, coordinating meeting room reservations, etc. Administrative affairs;
Assist in sorting out securities business-related contracts and documents, complete the archiving according to the requirements of the Hong Kong Financial Supervisory Authority;
Assist in the compilation of daily fund reports, reimbursement summaries, etc. basic reports, support the financial team's data statistics.
3. Cross-departmental collaboration
Assist the finance department in completing expense reimbursement, payment application processing, etc. ;
Assist the administrative team in completing meeting minutes, travel arrangements, etc. Temporary tasks.
Position requirements
1. Qualifications and background
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting, and other related fields;
Hold a Hong Kong permanent resident/exceptional talent/superior talent identity, or have a legal permit to intern in Hong Kong.
2. Ability requirements
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (listening, speaking, reading and writing), able to cope with a tri-lingual office environment;
Proficient in Excel (data visualization, function calculation) and Office office software, those with financial software foundation are preferred;
Understand Hong Kong's basic financial regulations and securities industry compliance requirements, and have a risk awareness.
3. Quality requirements
Starting today, you can intern for 3 months or more, with preference for 4 days or more per week.
