Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for providing professional consultation and introduction services for customers on residential, commercial, industrial and retail properties, and matching appropriate property types and locations according to customer needs
Handle the coordination work in the leasing and buying transaction process, including appointment of viewing, document preparation, price negotiation and follow-up
Through phone calls, social platforms and face-to-face interviews, actively develop potential customers, establish and maintain a long-term customer relationship network
Regularly update property source data, participate in internal market analysis meetings, and assist the team in formulating targeted sales strategies

Work requirements

Secondary school graduation or above, those with basic property agency knowledge are preferred; fresh graduates and career changers are welcome to apply for an internship position
Familiar with the local property market in Hong Kong, understand the development trends of different regions and common transaction terms
Have basic computer skills (such as Word, Excel, WhatsApp, map applications, etc.), be able to handle daily administrative and liaison affairs independently
Responsibility and stress resistance, willingness to accept performance-oriented work mode, and actively participate in company training and evaluation
