Trainer - Beauty Industry

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive training plan to enhance employees' sales and customer service skills
• Conduct a needs analysis for specific training needs and develop appropriate training content and methods
• Arrange various types of training courses, including lectures and on-the-job training,
• Write training materials and support teaching materials to ensure that the training content meets the business needs
• Evaluate training effectiveness and propose improvement suggestions

We expect you to have

• Preference will be given to those with relevant teaching certificates or beauty diplomas,
• At least 2 years of relevant training or educational work experience, especially in the beauty industry,
• Familiar with the operation of beauty/body massage instruments, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively train and guide employees
• Familiar with the process of training design and evaluation,
• Good at observation and analysis, able to submit constructive reports and recommendations
• Excellent Cantonese communication skills
• Familiarity with the use of common software such as MS Office
