Job Requirement

· Mandatory: Minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in a high-end wellness club, airline, luxury spa, or premium health clinic/retreat within a 5-star hotel environment in Hong Kong.

· Exceptional fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is essential for serving our clientele and team.

· Demonstrated expertise in designing and maintaining flawless, personalized customer journeys where technology enhances the human touch.

· Strong leadership skills with experience in recruiting, training, and inspiring a diverse team of wellness therapists, technical diagnostic operators, F&B specialists, and service ambassadors.

· Analytical and tech-savvy mindset with an aptitude for managing integrated systems (e.g., facial recognition, AI diagnostic tools, health data platforms, booking systems).

· Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
