<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Responsible for various human resources management affairs of the company, including recruitment, entry, transfer and resignation, etc. of the whole process work</li><li>Based on departmental needs, develop a recruitment plan, publish position information, screen resumes, organize interviews and follow up on the hiring process</li><li>Assist in improving the company's human resources system and policies, and promote the implementation of the employee performance evaluation and training and development system</li><li>Handle employee labor contracts, file management, and daily personnel changes</li><li>Coordinate employee relations, provide basic consultation and communication support, and promote a good corporate culture atmosphere</li></ul><p><br> Work requirements</p><ul><li>College degree or above, human resources management, business management, psychology or related professional preferred</li><li>Have at least one year of human resources-related work experience, familiar with the basic HR module operation process</li><li>Familiar with labor laws and local employment regulations, able to handle general personnel compliance matters independently</li><li>Have good communication skills and service awareness, be able to effectively interact with employees at all levels and keep confidential information</li><li>Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and common HR systems or personnel databases</li></ul><p><br> </p>
