Job Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality code to support the integration of AI tools and AI digital employees (AI-powered digital workers) into existing software systems and business workflows, and proficiently use these new AI technologies to drive automation and creativity in development and testing processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for adopting AI tools and AI digital employees, optimizing development efficiency and automating business processes.
Proficiently use new AI technologies and AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, CodeGeeX) to streamline development workflows, reduce repetitive tasks, and apply AI capabilities to achieve automation in development, testing and other links, as well as enhance creative work in code design and solution development.
Develop and customize AI digital employee solutions (e.g., AI-powered RPA bots, AI virtual assistants, OpenClaw — an open-source AI agent execution gateway and a typical implementation of AI digital employees), and leverage new AI technologies to realize automation of routine programming tasks, data processing, testing and other work, while exerting AI's creative value in solution design and technical optimization.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI tool integration, AI digital employee performance, and code functionality, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in AI, AI digital employees, and software development, and proactively apply relevant innovations to enhance work efficiency.
Document development processes, code specifications, and AI digital employee application cases, ensuring knowledge transfer and team collaboration.
Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements, and translate them into feasible technical solutions using AI tools and AI digital employees.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
1-3 years of software development experience, with proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#).
Proficient in using new AI technologies and AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, CodeGeeX), with rich experience in applying these AI technologies to programming tasks such as code writing, debugging, optimization, as well as automation and creative work in development and testing processes.
Proficient in new AI digital employee technologies (e.g., AI-powered RPA bots, AI virtual assistants, OpenClaw — an open-source AI agent execution gateway as a typical implementation of AI digital employees), with experience in developing or integrating AI digital employee solutions, and able to apply these new AI technologies to realize automation and creativity in development and testing work.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to independently troubleshoot technical issues related to AI tool integration, AI digital employee performance, and code functionality.
Good command of English (both written and spoken), able to communicate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Familiar with software development best practices, including version control (e.g., Git), agile development, and automated testing.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver high-quality results on time.
Proficient experience in AI-related development (e.g., machine learning model integration, natural language processing applications) is a significant plus, especially in applying new AI technologies to realize automation and creativity in development and testing.

This role is located in Shenzhen, China or HK HSITP. This opening is good for students with HK permanent citizenship during their summer time.
