Construction site laborer

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for various physical labor works within the construction site, including material handling, stacking and sorting, ensuring the orderly supply of construction site materials.

• Regularly clean up construction waste and debris, maintain a clean and clear construction site environment and passageways, and comply with environmental protection and safety regulations.

• Assist and push technicians (such as masons, electricians, and ironworkers) to carry out their work, deliver tools according to instructions, assist in the temporary installation of facilities or carry out simple auxiliary processes.

• Follow the construction site safety rules, correctly wear personal protective equipment (such as safety helmets, safety shoes, reflective clothing, etc.), actively identify and report potential risks.

• According to the shift schedule, execute tasks at the designated time (daily 09:00 to 18:00) at various construction sites in the Quanzhou District, and be required to attend from Monday to Saturday.

Work requirements

• Have good physical fitness and endurance, and be able to adapt to outdoor high temperatures, dust, and irregular surfaces in actual construction environments.

• Honest and reliable, hard-working and responsible, strictly following the instructions of the master and site supervisor, and having basic team collaboration awareness.

• Have a high safety awareness, understand and practice basic occupational safety and health knowledge, those who have received relevant training or construction site experience are preferred.

• Fluent in Cantonese communication, able to understand and use Mandarin simply; no language barrier to receive oral instructions and participate in daily coordination.

• Comply with Hong Kong's legal work qualifications, including but not limited to Hong Kong permanent residents, high talent pass, outstanding talent pass, IANG, dependent visa or other valid work permit.
