Job Description
Customer Service Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling customer calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, providing clear, friendly, and professional answers and assistance;
  • Enter and update customer information to ensure accurate, complete, and compliant data in the system;
  • Coordinate internal departments (such as sales, logistics, technical support, etc.) to follow up on customer needs, track processing progress and timely respond to customers;
  • Organize and archive customer service records, complaint cases and common problems, and regularly report service quality indicators;
  • Handle returns, exchanges, refunds, and compensation claims according to the company's standard process, and make immediate decisions within your authorized scope.

Work requirements

  • Secondary school graduation or above, with basic computer operating skills, familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and CRM systems are preferred;
  • Have good Cantonese communication skills, be able to respond to daily customer interactions in Mandarin and basic English;
  • Patient and meticulous, emotionally stable, and able to maintain politeness and professionalism in high-pressure environments;
  • Have basic writing skills, able to write clear and concise emails, records and internal communication documents
