About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join us as the Operations Director for our Hong Kong subsidiary. In this pivotal role, you will be fully responsible for the overall management, strategic direction, and operational excellence of our Hong Kong operations. You will drive business growth, ensure operational efficiency, and champion our market presence in the construction and home furnishing sectors. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth: Develop and execute the overall business strategy for the Hong Kong subsidiary. Set ambitious yet achievable performance goals, drive revenue growth, and expand market share within the construction and home furnishing industries.

P&L and Operational Management: Hold full P&L responsibility for the Hong Kong entity. Oversee all operational functions including sales, marketing, project management, logistics, and administration, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with local regulations.

Market Development & Client Relations: Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, major accounts, industry partners, and stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate the local team (including sales, operations, and support staff). Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture and drive talent development initiatives.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the global/regional headquarters and other subsidiaries to align strategies, share best practices, and implement group-wide initiatives effectively.

Qualifications We Are Looking For:

A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Construction Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field. An MBA is highly advantageous.

Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., General Manager, Operations Director) overseeing P&L and full operations, preferably within the construction, furniture, building materials, or related B2B industries.

Proven track record of developing and successfully executing business strategies that drive significant growth and profitability. Deep understanding of the Hong Kong market is essential.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire teams, negotiate at a senior level, and build robust professional networks.

A proactive, results-driven, and resilient mindset with strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities. Experience in managing key accounts and project-based sales is highly valued.
