<li>Assist the chef in preparing and cooking Taiwanese noodles, including boiling noodles, braising ingredients and maintaining the basic soup</li>
<li>Responsible for cleaning, cutting and pre-processing ingredients to ensure they meet the serving standards</li>
<li>Maintain the kitchen and its workstations clean and hygienic, and carry out cleaning and disinfection according to the regulations</li>
<li>Assist with preparation and replenishment of food and beverage materials before business hours</li>
<li>Comply with the serving process, quickly and accurately complete customer orders, and improve overall service efficiency</li>

<div>Work requirements<br>
<ul>
<li>No experience required, those who are willing to learn the process of making Taiwanese-style noodles can apply</li>
<li>Have basic Chinese reading and writing abilities, be able to understand work instructions and communicate with the team</li>
<li>Pay attention to personal hygiene and food safety, and follow kitchen work rules</li>
<li>Able to adapt to high temperature and humidity in the kitchen environment, and stand for a long time</li>
<li>Work attitude is serious, sense of responsibility, and can be adjusted to early or late shifts</li>
