9-hour assistant property management service supervision (morning and evening shifts)

Job Responsibilities<br> <ul> <li>Responsible for executing daily security work, including patrols, monitoring closed-circuit television and access control, etc., to ensure safety and order within the property.</li> <li>Assist the supervisor in leading and managing the security team, coordinate personnel scheduling, guide front-line security officers to perform their duties, and improve team work efficiency.</li> <li></li> <li>Answer resident or visitor inquiries, provide polite and professional customer service, and maintain good communication and image.</li> <li>Execute direct supervisor assigned tasks, including file recording, report writing, equipment inspection, and other management support work.</li> </ul> Work requirements<br> <ul> <li>Have secondary five education or above, with basic Chinese writing and communication skills.</li> <li>Have at least 3 years of security work experience, and have served as assistant supervisor or supervisor, with practical experience in team management.</li> <li>Familiar with security operations procedures and safety management systems, with crisis management and response capabilities.</li> <li></li> <li>Understand basic computer operations and be able to use office software for simple data input and report organization.
