We are looking for a creative and drivenTrade Marketing Managerto lead brand-building and customer engagement initiatives for our products. This role supports the Food Service Sales Team and focuses on strengthening relationships with key customers, includinghotels, restaurants, and schools, but not limited.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and sales.
Plan and organize promotional activities and events tailored to hotels, restaurants, and educational institutions etc.
Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales and marketing activities to achieve business targets, evaluate the sales performance and activities ROI.
Formulate trade marketing strategy, lead through the execution of plans & activities including promotion planning, development of trade POSM, premium, demo, etc.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of trade marketing experience, preferably in FMCG or foodservice.
Strong understanding of institutional and hospitality customer segments.
Creative, hands-on, and results-oriented with strong project management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Fluent in English and Chinese.
Candidate with less experience will be consider as Assistant Trade Marketing Manager.
