Sales Supervisor

Main responsibilities

1. Manage and lead the existing sales team, ensure the team runs smoothly and achieves the company's sales targets

2. Recruit and train new salespeople, build a stable and efficient sales team

3. Act as a communication bridge between the front line and the company, feedback to the management and propose improvement suggestions

5. Actively seek out new customers and cooperation channels, improve customer acquisition and conversion rates

Position requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least three years of sales and marketing-related work experience

3. Strong sense of responsibility and purpose, proactive and outgoing, able to withstand work pressure

4. Have basic MS Office operation skills

5.⁠ ⁠Good writing and oral communication skills in Chinese and English

Salary and benefits

Basic salary: HK$22,000 / month (depending on experience and performance)

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Working location: Grade A office building in Kowloon (about 5 minutes' walk from the subway station)
