Senior/ Digital Marketing Executive (Beauty)

<p>Main responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Coordinate and execute digital market promotion activities and joint promotion plans</li><li>Plan and promote brand activities to enhance brand image and market recognition</li><li>Manage and operate social media platforms (such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)</li><li></li><li>Evaluate and review the effectiveness of promotional activities, and propose optimization suggestions to improve performance</li><li>Prepare various types of analysis reports, monitor and evaluate promotion effectiveness and develop follow-up actions</li></ul><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Have 3 years or more of digital market promotion-related work experience</li><li>Applicants with beauty industry, brand or chain group background are preferred</li><li>Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, promotion website analysis tools and Google AdWords operations</li><li>Proficient in digital marketing, social media promotion, and search engine marketing (SEM)</li><li>Creative, good communication skills and excellent presentation ability</li><li>Preference will be given to those with experience in using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, AI advertising optimization platform)</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee digital marketing campaigns and joint promotion program</li><li>Develop and follow events and brand building</li><li>Maintain social media platform (e.g., Facebook, Youtube, Instagram..etc)</li><li>Execute both online and offline marketing activities to increase group brand awareness</li><li>Evaluate and review campaign effectiveness accordingly to maximize performance</li><li>Conduct various analysis reports for result monitoring and actions</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>At least 3 years or above experience in Digital Marketing</li><li>With Beauty industry or brands or chain group background preferred </li><li>Solid experience in Facebook, IG, promotion web analytics, google Ad words</li><li>Strong in digital marketing, social media, SEM</li><li>Creative,good communication and good presentation skills</li><li>Less experience candidate will be considered as digital marketing executive</li></ul>
