Position Overview You are not here to sell "brand awareness." You are here to hunt. AdWave is an elite performance advertising platform built for the high-growth realities of iGaming in Asia. While others sell impressions, we sell verified ROI. We are looking for a Principal-Level Hunter who is tired of the bureaucracy at large networks and wants to own a P&L. You will bypass media buyers, get to the Heads of User Acquisition, and close the "Whale" accounts that drive our growth.

Key Responsibilities * Hunt the Whales: Map and penetrate the top 50 high-ARPU iGaming operators in Asia. * Own the Technical Close: Drive the setup of S2S postbacks, MMP tracking, and pixel placement to get spend live. * Consultative Performance: Analyse client CPA/ROAS data to recommend creative or landing page optimizations that unlock more budget. * Forecast Accuracy: Own your pipeline with reliable forecasting on "Live Spend" rather than just "Hopeful Signings". * Bypass the Gatekeepers: Get directly to Heads of User Acquisition to close high-value accounts. Required Experience & Qualifications * Sales Pedigree: Minimum 5+ years selling Performance/DR inventory at a DSP, AdNetwork, or Agency. * iGaming/Asia Native: Nuanced understanding of "Grey" vs. "White" markets and operator compliance needs. * Technical Fluency: Ability to debug postback URLs and explain attribution models without engineering assistance. * The Rolodex: Active, warm contacts at major performance agencies or direct advertisers in Asia. * Linguistic Versatility: Fluency in English and at least one other Asian language is a major plus.
