Responsibilities:

- Oversee project operations and ensure timely execution

- Communicate with clients to gather and clarify system development requirements

- Balance commercial interests with operational needs

- Manage the implementation of the Warehouse Management System

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment

- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise

- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

Requirements:

- Fluent in both English and Mandarin

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Team player with a collaborative mindset

-Detail-oriented with strong data sensitivity

-Proficient in Excel, capable of making data-driven decisions

-Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field (e.g., Logistics Engineering, Project Management)

- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) preferred

- Previous experience in project management within the logistics or technology sectors
