Server

Responsible for general guest services, order processing, table cleaning, and following company procedures
Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for welcoming and guiding customers to their seats, providing professional and friendly dining services
• Accurately receive and record customer orders, clearly communicate them to the kitchen or bar, and ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Clean the table, put away the dishes, disinfect the counter and surrounding area, and maintain a clean and hygienic business area after dining
• Strictly follow the company's service standards, operating procedures and food safety regulations, and cooperate with the supervisor to arrange temporary tasks and shift assignments

Work requirements

• Have basic Cantonese communication skills, be able to interact with customers in polite language; understanding Mandarin or simple English is better
• No relevant experience is required, and newcomers are welcome to apply, but they must have a sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and good team spirit
• Appearance is clean, clothing meets the company's regulations, and can adapt to standing work and a fast-paced service environment
• Punctual and reliable, can accommodate shift arrangements (including lunch, dinner, holidays and sudden overtime)
• Willing to learn basic food and beverage knowledge, service skills, and company internal system operations
