Sales and Operations Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for various media platform account opening, recharge, binding, etc. Ensure that advertising placement is smoothly carried out.
• Handle daily email exchanges, respond promptly to customer and internal department inquiries and needs, and maintain efficient communication.
• Coordinate sales, marketing, finance and technical cross-functional collaboration, drive project execution and problem solving, and ensure business processes are smooth.
• Review advertising placement content, including copy, images, videos, etc., based on the company's advertising policy to determine compliance and suggest modifications.
• Assist the superior in completing various business support tasks, including data processing, report preparation, and temporary assignments.

Work requirements

• Have a bachelor's degree or above, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Logical clarity, data sensitivity, quick identification of potential problems and immediate response and handling.
• Have excellent communication skills and customer service awareness, be able to effectively understand customer needs and coordinate internal resources to achieve goals.
• Strong learning ability, able to quickly adapt to new tools and processes, with good stress resistance and time management skills.
• Pay attention to details, strong sense of responsibility, and able to maintain a stable work efficiency in a multitasking environment.
