Part Time Data Entry

Part-Time Responsibilities:

1. Data entry

2. Document scanning/filing

3. Handle ad hoc matters assigned.

4. Available 2-3 days a week

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines;

• Got accounting/audit experience in any field is an advance;

• Proficient in Peach tree, Quick Book, MS Word & Excel experience is highly preferred;

• Able to work independently with strong sense of accuracy, mature and self- motivated;

• Be responsible, communicate well with people at all levels;

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; and

• Retired person are also welcome for Part-Time position;

• Immediately available is preferred.
