Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate all aspects of wedding events including vendor management, timeline planning, and on-site execution;
Consult with couples to understand their vision, budget, and cultural preferences, and translate them into cohesive event plans;
Manage contracts, payments, and logistics for suppliers such as caterers, florists, photographers, and entertainers;
Provide day-of coordination and problem-solving to ensure smooth ceremony and reception flow.

Requirements

Hospitality and Design background a benefit
Prior experience in event planning or customer-facing roles preferred but not mandatory;
Fluency in English and Cantonese essential; Mandarin an advantage;
Strong interpersonal, organisational, and time-management skills
