We’re not just building tools — we’re helping artisans thrive in a data-driven world.</p><p></p><p><strong>Your Mission</strong></p><p>As our <strong>Customer Success Specialist</strong>, you’ll be the trusted guide helping tailoring shops smoothly transition into the Stitch ecosystem. You’ll support them through onboarding, data migration, and ongoing success — becoming their go-to person for questions, support, and confidence.</p><p>When a tailor migrates their old client books into Stitch and starts seeing growth, <strong>you made that happen</strong>.</p><p></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Onboard new tailoring clients — through planned in-person visits or remote sessions</li><li>Migrate data from Excel files or paper records into Stitch’s CRM</li><li>Provide ongoing support via phone, email, and occasional video calls</li><li>Train clients (in English or Cantonese) in simple, accessible language</li><li>Respond to email tickets and liaise with our tech team to resolve issues</li><li>Flag recurring user problems and suggest improvements to UX or documentation</li><li>Be the voice of the customer — bring real feedback to the product team</li><li>Visit client shops in person (when needed) — <strong>transport expenses fully covered by Stitch</strong></li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li>Based in Hong Kong with knowledge of local culture and etiquette</li><li>Fluent in Cantonese + strong English (spoken & written)</li><li>Experience working in SaaS, CRM, onboarding, or technical support</li><li>Comfortable explaining tech to non-technical users</li><li>Warm communicator with strong attention to detail and follow-through</li><li>Self-motivated and reliable — you don’t wait to be told what to do</li><li>Bonus: familiarity with tailoring, POS systems, or small business software</li></ul><p><strong>What You’ll Get</strong></p><ul><li>Join a fast-growing FashionTech brand in Hong Kong</li><li>Flexible hours and remote-first culture</li><li>Transport reimbursed for all client visits</li><li>Travel opportunities across Asia (if interested)</li><li>Competitive monthly pay (based on experience)</li><li>Real growth potential into leadership or product roles</li></ul>
