Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for formulating and implementing regional sales strategies, leading the team to achieve annual sales targets and market share improvement indicators;
- Deeply explore and maintain key customer relationships, lead large-scale project negotiations, solution proposals, and contract signings;
- Analyze industry dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer demand changes, regularly output market insight reports, and support product positioning and marketing decisions;
- Design and implement a team training system, guide subordinates to enhance their professional skills, customer management techniques and performance achievement;
- Collaborate with market, product, technology and service departments to promote cross-departmental resource integration, ensure customer delivery quality and consistent service experience.
Work requirements
- Have at least 8 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years of team management experience, and a proven track record of successfully building a sales system from scratch or breaking into a new market;
- Familiar with the business logic, procurement process, and key decision-making roles of the industry to which you belong (such as technology, finance, manufacturing, medical, etc.);
- Have excellent business negotiation skills, high-level customer influence, and complex project promotion experience, and be able to independently lead the landing of orders worth millions of dollars;
- Have data-driven thinking, be familiar with CRM systems and sales analysis tools to track performance, manage funnels, and improve prediction accuracy;
