<p>Operation Manager</p><p>Need dining/hot pot experience</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities: </p><p>• Assist in the development and implementation of company policies, operating procedures and systems to improve overall efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction</p><p>• Responsible for supervising the daily operation of the restaurant, strictly following brand standards and achieving operational KPIs. </p><p>• Comprehensive supervision of restaurant operations, including preparation of ingredients, customer service quality, food inventory, and restaurant facility management</p><p>• Analyze performance indicators and develop feasible plans to improve profitability, productivity, labor costs, and service quality</p><p>• Manage and develop teams to build a high-performing operational organization</p><p>• Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning, budgeting costs, and predicting operations and overall business objectives</p><p>• Promote a positive work culture, proactive coaching and guiding teams to enhance employee engagement and reduce talent loss</p><p>• Ensure employees comply with all relevant health, safety and labor regulations • Timely identify and implement cost and operational improvement solutions • Design and execute effective market promotion activities to drive business and customer traffic</p><p></p><p>Position qualifications: </p><p>• At least 3-5 years of restaurant/hotel operations and management experience</p><p>• Need to have excellent leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills</p><p>• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work under pressure and effectively lead a team</p><p>• Good communication skills, fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin</p><p>• Proficient in MS Office and computer operations</p><p>• Enhance profitability, sustainability and creativity to fully align with the company's business strategy</p><p>• Strong adaptability, able to work in a rapidly changing environment • Those with less experience may consider taking on a senior store manager position</p><p></p><p>#Operations Manager #Hot Pot #Business #Operations</p>
