About the position
We are a law firm based in Hong Kong, dedicated to providing professional legal services with integrity and efficiency. To support the continued growth of our business, we are currently recruiting a responsible legal document clerk to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for delivering and collecting documents in various districts of Hong Kong (Hong Kong courts, other law firms, regulatory agencies or individuals), ensuring their safe and timely delivery
• Assist with office daily affairs and administrative support work
• Work with lawyers, paralegals, and court staff to maintain good communication while in court, and project a professional image
• Handle confidential information with care, maintaining a high level of confidentiality

Job Requirements
• Able to handle daily field work
• Court document processing experience is preferred
• Familiar with Hong Kong's various districts, with good sense of direction and field experience
• Punctuality, attention to detail, politeness, and sense of responsibility
• Good Chinese and English (Cantonese and English), with basic communication skills
