Customer Service Representative

<p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><p>1. Provide post-sales maintenance services to unmanned aerial vehicle users in Hong Kong through telephone, and answer customers’ inquiries about product exchange, maintenance and technical issues. </p><p>2. Clearly explain the repair qualifications, warranty range, and exchange conditions for drones in different situations according to company policy.</p><p>3. Record customer cases and follow up on processing progress to ensure smooth service flow and compliance with standard operating procedures.</p><p>4. Coordinate with technical support and logistics departments to arrange testing, maintenance or replacement operations. </p><p>5. Continuously update your knowledge of DJI drone models and their technical specifications to provide accurate and professional customer support.</p><p></p><p><strong>Work requirements</strong></p><p>1. Women aged 45 or under are preferred, with a bachelor's degree, and 1 to 3 years of customer service or call center-related work experience.</p><p>2. Familiar with the basic operations and common technical problems of DJI drones, those with basic drone knowledge are preferred.</p><p>3. Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with good English and Mandarin abilities, to cater to diverse customer groups.</p><p>4.
