Job Description

Job Duties

  • To handle all inquiries and deliver up-to-standard service.
  • To ensure all emails are processed appropriately and promptly.
  • To perform and respond for accurately processing reservations with details, follow up customer orders and ensure all bookings information are updated in system.
  • To provide excellent customer service following the Academy’s standards in all emails and phone calls.
  • Work closely with all internal departments for any special arrangement and request.
  • To familiarize the information on the Academy’s programs and facilities.
  • To receive and record the feedback from the patrons and partners.
  • To prepare reports as requested.
  • To perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor / Department Head.
  • To work on shift and be flexible about working on weekends or public holidays.

Requirements

  • Advanced Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in property management of luxury residential / hotel / clubhouse
  • Experience in pre-management of luxury residential / hotel / clubhouse is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
