Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer data organization and real-time updates, supporting the sales team in customer classification, follow-up record management, and potential customer screening, improving customer data accuracy and availability

• Co-promote course products, including planning and executing social media promotion (such as Xiaohongshu and other platforms), writing posts, sorting out materials, and analyzing interaction data to help improve brand exposure and conversion rate

• Handle daily administrative affairs, including visitor reception, telephone transfer, mail receipt and archiving, meeting scheduling, file printing and office resource coordination, etc., to ensure departmental operations are smooth and efficient

Work requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university, majoring in marketing, business management, communication, language or related fields is preferred

• Regardless of age, fresh graduates and those with basic workplace experience are welcome to apply; those who have participated in sales support, administrative internships or educational industry-related practices will be given priority

• Fluent in Mandarin, able to confidently use it in customer communication, telephone negotiations and on-site promotion; Have good writing skills in Chinese and English, and be able to write professional business letters, presentation scripts and internal reports independently

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel data sorting and PowerPoint presentation creation); basic CRM system or Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive, etc.) experience is an added bonus

• Must hold a valid Hong Kong work visa or relevant qualifications, meet the requirements of the "High-end Talent Pass Program" (High Talent Pass), the "Outstanding Talent Entry Program" (Outstanding Talent Pass), or the "Non-local Graduates Stay/Return to Hong Kong Employment Arrangement" (IANG)

• Responsibility, attention to detail, and multitasking ability to maintain a positive attitude and team spirit in a fast-paced environment

Benefits

• Competitive monthly salary, ranging from HKD$16,000 to $24,000, based on personal academic background, relevant experience, and interview performance

• Standard five-day work week (Monday to Friday), daily work hours 10 am to 6 pm, one-hour lunch break
