We are currently recruiting a Director Assistant to assist the Director and senior management in handling daily corporate operations, administrative support, business trip arrangements, meeting coordination, email follow-up, cross-departmental project coordination and other support work. Suitable candidates should have good organizational skills, communication skills and proactive attitude, be able to handle multiple tasks independently, and ensure that daily work runs smoothly.
Provide daily business and administrative support to directors and senior management.
Assist in handling daily corporate operations, marketing-related matters and company administrative work.
Manage and maintain the schedules of directors and senior executives, including meetings, business activities and marketing work progress.
Plan and arrange business trips, including flights, hotel accommodation, transportation, meeting arrangements and reimbursement matters.
Schedule internal and external meetings, prepare relevant meeting documents and follow-up tasks.
Handling, monitoring and following up on emails, letters and other communications.
Sort incoming and outgoing communications by importance and proactively transfer relevant matters to appropriate personnel for handling.
Assist the supervisor in managing cross-departmental and cross-location project coordination work, including preparation of project meeting documents, progress monitoring, and follow-up on important milestones.
Prepare and draft business letters, reports, slide presentations, and other relevant documents.
Conduct data collection, research and organization, and provide support for management decision-making.
Sort and prioritize requests received, ensuring timely responses to matters.
Handle administrative affairs of the sales support team and marketing team, including employee onboarding and resignation arrangements, payment follow-up, internal account application, equipment arrangement and stationery ordering, etc.
Handle other temporary work flexibly according to need.
