Job Description

Our client is famous Japanese Toy manufacturer with good benefits and stable working environment. They are currently looking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following position:

Responsibilities

Closely work with factory, clients, warehouse and forwarders for the shipments.
Handle full set of I/E documents including PO, SO, invoice and packing list.
Monitor the container allocation, shipment bookings and shipment schedule on time.

Requirements

Form 5 / DSE or above
5 years' or above relevant working experience in shipping / trading industry.
Candidates with both import and export experience and experience in Tradelink is a MUST
Good computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook. Chinese typing is a MUST
Candidates with SAP experience is preferred
Good Chinese and good Mandarin. Able to write simple English.
Candidates who are immediately available or 7 days’ notice preferred
