OTC Trading Specialist

Working location: Hong Kong

Working mode: Hybrid - a mix of office and remote work

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily OTC business operations and settlement work

• Handle the transfer and settlement of fiat currency and digital assets

• Handling customer deposits, withdrawals, and transaction settlement arrangements

• Monitor wallet balance and fund transfer activities

• Support Fireblocks and related wallet systems operations

• Monitor operational risks and report abnormal situations in a timely manner

• Maintain transaction records and daily operating statements

• Execute work according to company SOP and internal processes

Job Requirements

• College diploma or above

• Welcome fresh graduates to apply

• Work carefully, take strong responsibility, and execute high

• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment

• Have good communication skills

• Interested in digital assets, OTC or financial operations work

• Have basic Chinese and English communication skills

• Applicants with operations, settlement, payment, financial or customer service experience will be given priority
