The Role: Admissions Consultant / Admissions Officer

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admissions Consultant / Admissions Officer to become the central hub of our consultancy's activities. This is a critical role that ensures the smooth execution of our students' application journeys. You will be the key liaison connecting our counsellors, tutors and writers, ensuring everyone is aligned and projects stay on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management & Coordination:Act as the central point for managing multiple student application projects from start to finish, ensuring all deadlines are met.

  • Internal Liaison:Serve as the primary link of communication between all internal stakeholders

  • Process Efficiency:Maintain and improve operational workflows to ensure a smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery for every student.

  • Task Prioritization:Expertly manage your own task list and proactively prioritize activities to meet critical application deadlines.

  • Quality Control:Meticulously check application materials, schedules, and communications to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Someone who demonstratesfull job ownership; you are reliable, responsible, and see tasks through to completion.

  • Aproactive and responsivecommunicator, both verbally and in writing.

  • Anefficient and quick learner, able to master new systems and processes rapidly.

  • Ahard-workingteam player with a "can-do" attitude, willing to go the extra mile during peak seasons.

  • Excellent attask prioritizationand working effectively under pressure.

  • Bachelor's degree holder, with prior experience in operations, administration, or project coordination being a strong advantage.

  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant plus.
