Investor Services - Asset Management

Act as day-to-day client service contact for assigned group of clients/distributors to address clients’ queries/requests

Provide after-sales support throughout clients’ investment life cycle

Manage the client on-boarding process including collection & verification of KYC/AML documents & forms from the clients/distributors

Coordinate account set-up with other third parties

Work on RFP/DDQ requests from clients/distributors with the support from other teams

Maintain the client RFP/DDQ database

Qualifications for employment

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related discipline.

At least 4 years of relevant experience in Client Servicing in asset management companies

Mature with good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work independently, strong sense of responsibility and a good team player

Good attention to details

Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Knowledge of Excel macro is an advantage
