<p><strong>Digital Support Officer (Outsourced Contract for Private Company)</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>The Agency Technology Adoption Specialist supports agency team heads and managers in embracing new technologies to drive business development, team recruitment, client retention, and CRM initiatives. The role focuses on delivering practical training, providing ongoing support, and ensuring effective use of digital tools, applications, and platforms within the agency environment.</p><p><strong>Working Condition</strong></p><p>Monthly salary: $25,000</p><p>Initial contract: 6 months</p><p>Working Location : Hunghom Whampoa Harbourfront</p><p>Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Deliver training and hands-on support to agency managers and team heads on new work applications, apps, and websites, including developing concise quick notes and conducting briefings or demonstrations.</p></li><li><p>Guide agency managers on how to effectively use digital tools for business development, recruitment, client retention, and CRM.</p></li><li><p>Identify and communicate critical factors that may affect the performance and adoption of applications, such as system compatibility, user accessibility, and data security.</p></li><li><p>Enhance customer service and business follow-up efficiency across agency teams by promoting the effective use of technology.</p></li><li><p>Liaise with relevant departments (such as IT, Operations, and HR) to coordinate training sessions, gather feedback, and monitor the impact of technology adoption.</p></li><li><p>Track training participation and collect feedback to recommend improvements to digital tools and training approaches.</p></li><li><p>Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to agency teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operation of applications.</p></li><li><p>Stay updated on industry trends and new technology relevant to insurance agency operations, and share insights with agency teams.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Diploma or above in Business, Information Technology, Insurance, or related field.</p></li><li><p>At least 3 year of experience in digital-related roles, training, or digital transformation, preferably within insurance or financial services.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of digital tools for business development, recruitment, client retention, or CRM.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese; English is an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, practical manner to non-technical users.</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Experience in cross-functional collaboration is an advantage.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>For those interested, please provide your updated resume + public exam result details (please provide each subject detailed result in HKCEE/HKDSE/GCSE or equivalent), to email : ********</p><p></p><p>WhatsApp Enquiry : https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=******&text=DigitalSupportOfficer</p><p></p><p>Carmen Yeung</p><p>Advance Resources Personnel Consultants Limited</p><p></p>
