Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily operation of the grid store, including rotating shifts to guard the store and ensure that it is normally open and runs smoothly during business hours
Assist in handling customer inquiries and services, provide friendly and professional shopping support, and enhance customer satisfaction
Manage the display situation of each rented grid, and regularly check whether the goods are placed according to the regulations and clean requirements
Execute basic administrative affairs, such as recording rent payment status, updating tenant information, and notifying renewal matters
Maintain a clean and safe store environment, pay attention to whether fire prevention equipment and monitoring systems are working normally

Work requirements

Secondary school graduation or above, with basic Chinese reading and writing abilities, able to clearly fill out records and communicate
Honest and reliable, sense of responsibility, able to independently execute tasks and abide by company discipline
Have good communication skills, be able to interact with tenants and customers in a friendly manner, and handle simple disputes
Understand basic computer operations, able to use electronic spreadsheets or word processing software for simple data input
Shift work is required, including day and night shifts, and occasionally on holidays or public holidays
