Job Responsibilities

Provide professional and high-quality dining services to customers, ensuring a satisfactory dining experience
Execute the company's service process for ordering, serving and billing, etc. various operations
Keep the restaurant environment, work area and tableware clean and hygienic, in compliance with food safety standards
Proactively assist in handling customer needs and special requirements, and enhance customer satisfaction

Work requirements

Have English communication skills, be able to understand and execute daily service instructions
Follow restaurant sanitation guidelines and safety procedures, and prioritize personal and environmental cleanliness
Able to adapt to shift work, including weekend and holiday shifts
Team player, maintain good interaction and support relationships with colleagues
